Which tool should I choose?
Hand drills suit fine, hand-guided craft work. 4V drivers focus on screwdriving. 12V drills offer compact formats for home projects; 20V drills and kits provide larger tool formats. Compare the chuck, dimensions and package contents on each product page.
What comes with my tool?
Each product page lists its package contents. 4V drivers include an internal battery and USB-C cable, without a wall adapter. 12V and 20V tools include one battery and a US charger. Kit accessories are listed individually.
Are batteries interchangeable?
Do not assume compatibility between tools. The 12V and 20V platforms are separate. Check the supplied tool and charger instructions before fitting a battery.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
Standard shipping is free to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.
When can I expect delivery?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit: an estimated total of 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. The daily cutoff is 07:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00. Orders after cutoff or on non-business days enter processing on the next business day.
How are checkout charges shown?
All prices are in USD. Checkout lists product line totals, subtotal, free standard shipping, tax of $0.00 and the total before a payment is submitted.
How do I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with accessories. Returns go to our address in France.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover returns for our errors, damaged goods and defects. For a change of mind you cover return shipping to France. There is no restocking fee. Ordinary unused and packaging conditions do not prevent claims about defective, damaged or incorrect items.
When is a refund issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
