A straightforward process, with help when something is wrong.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with included accessories.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Contact us first to obtain return authorization and instructions. The return address is Qwyetude, Lot Les Viaux Villa 25, Rte De St-Canadet, 13610 Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, France. Please note that this is an international return destination for US customers.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, contact us and describe the problem. Photographs can help us assess the issue. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim about damage, defects or an incorrect item. We will arrange an appropriate resolution with you and cover return shipping where the issue is our responsibility.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged items and defective products. For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping cost, including the cost of returning to France. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After your refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Contact us if you need help locating a refund.
